Building a pre-designed cast-in-place house using one of our floor plans is an excellent solution for Returning Residents, persons who wish to build quickly and on a budget, and locals who own their own land. Our process has several advantages:
We have three-floor plans varying from 1200 sf to 2500 sf to choose from, which can be constructed in 3 months. Our designs are flexible, with the option to select your own finishes and the possibility for future expansion.
While construction still requires manual labour, our building team is highly specialized and experienced, additionally using pre-mixed concrete to pour all the walls at the same time results in a fast and efficient construction process requiring minimal labour.
Pre-designed cast-in-place construction can be faster compared to traditional construction methods. The ability to pour the entire structure in place eliminates the need for time-consuming block work and excessive masonry work to finish walls. this reduces construction time.
Our homes are consistent and uniform in appearance throughout the structure, they are fire resistant and energy efficient. Additionally Cast-in-place construction often results in monolithic structures with fewer joints, providing enhanced structural integrity and durability. The continuous concrete structure is better able to resist seismic forces and adverse weather conditions
